THAT GOOD GOOD FOUNDER GRANT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

The That Good Good Founder Grant (the “Grant”) is administered by That Good Good Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By submitting an application, you (“Applicant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not be prohibited from receiving funds in their jurisdiction

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.


2. No Guarantee of Funding

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

• Selection as a recipient
• Receipt of funding
• Feedback or evaluation
• Future opportunities

All decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the Company.


3. Selection Process

Recipients will be selected using criteria determined solely by the Company, which may include innovation, feasibility, impact, and alignment with the Company’s mission.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Select any number of recipients, including none
• Modify evaluation criteria at any time
• Disqualify applications without explanation
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Grant


4. Grant Award Conditions

Grant funds, if awarded, may be subject to:

• Identity verification
• Compliance checks
• Eligibility confirmation
• Execution of additional agreements
• Banking verification

Failure to meet requirements may result in forfeiture.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or rescind funding at its discretion.


5. Use of Funds

Recipients are solely responsible for how grant funds are used.

Funds must be used for lawful purposes.

The Company assumes no responsibility for business outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from use of funds.


6. No Employment, Partnership, or Investment Relationship

Participation in the Grant does not create:

• Employment
• Partnership
• Joint venture
• Agency relationship
• Investor relationship
• Advisory obligation

The Company has no obligation to provide ongoing support.


7. Intellectual Property

Applicants retain ownership of their intellectual property.

By submitting an application, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review and evaluate your submission.

Applicants should not submit confidential trade secrets they are unwilling to share.


8. Publicity

If selected, recipients may be publicly announced.

Recipients grant permission for the Company to use their:

• Name
• Business name
• General project description
• City, state, or country
• Non-sensitive submitted materials

for promotional, marketing, or reporting purposes.


9. Taxes and Financial Responsibility

Recipients are solely responsible for:

• Reporting funds to tax authorities
• Paying any applicable taxes
• Compliance with financial regulations

The Company does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.


10. Prohibited Applications

Applications may be rejected if they involve:

• Illegal activities
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Hate, violence, or discrimination
• Adult or exploitative content
• Weapons or harmful materials
• Pyramid schemes or scams

The Company reserves the right to determine suitability.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Technical issues or submission failures
• Decisions made based on participation
• Delays or cancellation of the Grant

Participation is at the Applicant’s own risk.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, success, or future opportunities.


13. Modification or Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Grant at any time without prior notice.


14. Privacy

Information submitted will be used for evaluation and administration of the Grant.

Applicants should not submit sensitive personal information beyond what is requested.


15. No Solicitation or Investment Offer

The Grant does not constitute:

• An offer to invest
• A securities offering
• Financial advice
• An endorsement of any project

Participation does not imply due diligence or approval.


16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
